The journey starts when candidates from 40 locations apply for their local programmes, with
winners shadowing senior leaders in their home country. After that, ten worldwide finalists attend an
international boot camp, where the global CEO for One Month is selected – to work alongside our global CEO,
shape strategy, and experience life as a top exec.

As a CEO for One Month finalist, you’ll see new cultures, get world-class coaching, and
