• Hand pack products in primary packing from tables
• Manually stack pallets with equipment provided
• Wrap pallets using manual stretch wrapper
• Move waste bins using waste bin management system
• Input data into system
• General wall / floor cleaning and tidying of all manufacturing areas
• Basic equipment cleaning, supporting both product and flavour changes
• Collect product samples for testing and complete simple testing
• The above lists are not exhaustive and you will be required to complete other duties from time to time.

• Confident communicator with a positive self-starter attitude who is conscientious and focused on results
• Ability to work as part of a team and willingness to learn in an autonomous role
• Basic numerical, reading and computer skills
• Organised and methodical person, but not afraid of working under pressure

PepsiCo’s famous Leycroft Road manufacturing site is one of the largest crisp factories which works in tandem with the busy distribution centre located next door to the heart of Walkers Crisps. Join the warehouse team who help to deliver Britain’s most loved crisps, including brands such as Walkers, Doritos, Quakers, Monster Munch, Wotsits and Quavers, to customers all over the UK.

Reports to: Adecco Team Leader

• Day Shift: 2 week rota working between 6am to 10pm from Sunday to Friday (10 working days + 4 rest days in 2 weeks)
• Night Shift: Working 5 out 7 nights per week

• Picking orders with hand held scanners from the storage space
• Manually stacking pallets (equipment provided)
• Wrapping pallets – use of manual stretch wrapping
• Checking for damaged or missing items and informing stock team
• Loading pallets ready for deliveries
• Taking ownership of general housekeeping duties

• Ability to work as part of a team and willingness to learn in an autonomous role
• Basic numerical, reading and computer skills
• Proactive and can take initiative to escalate issues
• Accuracy, timeliness and attention to detail
• Excellent adherence to all site standards

*Please note that the Seasonal Pay Rates are effective until 23rd January 2023. From 24th January 2023 onward, pay rates will revert to the standard £9.82ph for Days and £11.79ph for nights
