Team Wellbeing
At Adecco, wellbeing is woven into our everyday. Our solid support framework keeps our
teams fit, healthy, and financially sound – with in-house and partner resources to help colleagues
handle life’s challenges with experts in their corner.
TAG Talks and Inclusion Networks
TAG Talk, our peer-to-peer listening community, connects colleagues with in-house
volunteers to help with hurdles from loneliness to infertility. Our Inclusion Networks dive deeper with
safe-space discussions on specific subjects like neurodiversity, parenthood, and menopause.
Mental health support
Our partnership with Able Futures offers colleagues nine months of confidential,
no-cost support from mental health professionals. Alongside, our team of Mental Health First Aiders are
trained to spot the symptoms of mental ill health and signpost the right support.
Employee assistance programme (EAP)
Our EAP support hub delivers 24/7 guidance and resources, helping colleagues clear
hurdles like mental health issues, legal queries, and money worries. It’s also packed with free
lifestyle tools – from mini health checks to four-week programmes on healthy eating and stopping
smoking.
Your Voice Matters surveys
We keep a close eye on colleague health and happiness through regular surveys, tracking
the effectiveness of our ED&I and wellbeing initiatives. Our Your Voice Matters programme also gathers
feedback through the lens of ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, and disability, helping us
tackle specific concerns from under-represented groups.
Win4Youth
Every year, our Win4Youth programme brings together Adecco employees, associates, and
clients to improve their wellbeing – and the lives of others. Our colleagues track their wellbeing
activities – from meditation to marathon training – and Adecco converts their time into charitable
donations.
