Mission:
Team leader supervising on operative production team to enable the most efficient use of
resources. To support, develop and lead the team within the orgonisational structure of
Schneider under direction from the Process Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
-
• Carry out Daily 5s oudits and actions as required,
active involvement in accident and incident investigation and corrective action
implementation, action non-conformances from external EHS and 5s audits, reports all
EHS
issues/activities via cell meeting in a timely
and responsible manner, active management on the correct use of PPE & Risk
Management/Reduction.
-
• Ensures that all job-related paper work (e.g time
sheets, trace cords) are filed in correctly and promptly. Complete
hourly/daily/weekly
SIM board quality data & Set up corrective and preventative actions to achieve
company
and cell quality targets.
-
• Hourly analysis of the production flow against plan.
Action or highlights potential risks to ensure shift production targets are met.
Apply
SPS principles and process/product knowledge to organise labour (reviewed hourly).
-
• Manage and direct the cell team members, continually
striving for improved Industrial Efficiency (KE). ensure comprehensive recording of
SIM barrier data by all team members and ensure chart updated daily, track
accurately
the 'not explained' category of production losses
ond constantly seek to try to reduce & Play a pivotal role in the suggestion scheme
by
encouragement and active involvement at the first
stage of the suggestion.

Identify troining needs and train new/existing team members on the production
processes
and relevant SPS tools, drive positive culture.
and challenge inappropriate behaviour & motivate the team to improve through the SIM
process ond principles.
Requirements:
-
— Education
A minimum of 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent), at Grade 4 or above
including Maths (higher paper), English and a science related
subject.

— Language requirements
Fluent verbal & written English language

— Experience
Desirable - knowledge and experience as a leader in a previous role

— Attributes or Skills requirements
- Demonstrable interest in an engineering discipline
- To be PC liberate and familiar with Microsoft Office or
equivalent software
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately
- Aptitude for practical science or engineering skills
- The ability to work as a team member and possess good
interpersonal, communication and literacy skills
- To work with efficiency, accuracy and to be able to meet
deadlines
- High level of flexibility and dependability

Mission:
Organize and manage (or control) warehousing operations, including reception, storage, order
preparation and shipments according to SPS principle.
Key Responsibilities:

• Comply with the health, safety and environment rules
throughout the sector.

• Identify ond express to the Team Leader (LWB3) any
risks
regarding health, safety, quality ond environment, including reporting all
incidents and near misses.

• Apply escalation process in case of any deviation
(safety, environment, quality, performance).

• Know the recommended gestures to perform the
standard
operating modes. Suggest proposals to improve the operating mode.

• Link various operations according to o predetermined
process: receiving, warehousing, inventory management, store outlets, line
procurement.

• Use computer resources available to save the entries
and
exits of the store.

• Perform self-controls provided in order to detect
non-conformities.

•Operate appropriately to hazards.

• Apply the procedures defined for the MPH.

Mission:
Proceed with products quality controls at each stage of the Manufacturing and Delivery
according to Quality Management instructions Produce measurement,potential diagnostics and
if needed run contingency plan.
Key Responsibilities:
-
• Ensure component conformity according engineering
drawings, by managing incoming inspection & metrology activities inside the plant
and ensure the safety of persons and property in the working area.

• Define / upgrade standard inspection protocol
according
standard requirements.
-
• Qualify Equipment system (Gage R&R).
-
• Optimise inspection methodologies using best
available
techniques & tools.
-
• Support production / quality engineers to check part conformity according specifications in case of quality issue (component metrology).
-
• Manage the calibration program of measurement
equipment
for the plant.

some basic maintenance processes.
