Role: Channels Specialist - EMEA x3
Location: London
Duration: 11 months (starting ASAP)

As a Channels Specialist - EMEA (formerly known as Technical Sourcer) you will be responsible for sourcing active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, and internal databases as well as sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research. This is a great opportunity for anyone in Staffing to become a part of a truly global sourcing effort.

Responsibilities:
Solve problems and produce solutions by collecting and analyzing data, identifying alternatives when circumstances change and seeking out responsibilities beyond the job.
Act as a search expert for a functional area by understanding hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements.
Communicate professionally, tactfully and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect. Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective and innovative sourcing strategy according to assigned timelines.
Keep partners apprised of and involved in work by communicating information and status to project leads and team members, coordinate work cross-functionally and influence peers, project leaders and/or managers.

Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems.
HR or recruiting-related experience.

Preferred qualifications:
High level of technical understanding.
Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently.
Track record of solving complex problems and delivering significant impact.
Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a burning desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
