Welcome to Adecco.
If you have applied or have asked us to search for a role where you will work on an assignment or contract
for one of our clients, we are required to provide you with a copy of the Terms and Conditions that will
apply to that arrangement, as well as a Key Information Document.
This page sets out the range of contract options and Key Information Documents which may apply depending on
the type of engagement you might undertake, subject to any additional client specific requirements. This
page is therefore intended to be indicative only, and you should discuss the specific detail with your
Adecco Consultant.
Key Information Documents
The following Key Information Documents apply to candidates who will be engaged on a PAYE basis by Adecco to
provide their services to one or more end-clients, either:
- Key Information Document for PAYE for associates employed on an overarching contract of employment

The following Key Information Documents apply to those candidates who will
provide their services through their own Personal Services Company (PSC) (i.e. limited company workers)

Workers may prefer to use another umbrella company of their own choosing but any such umbrella company would
have to pass our strict compliance checks before an assignment or contract could start. As these details are
not yet known, the key information documents are not provided here.
Terms and Conditions
In accordance with our obligations under the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses
Regulations we have detailed below the standard terms which will apply to your assignment or contract in
accordance with the specific contract type. Some of our clients will ask for additional terms to be
included, which will be provided once the detail of your assignment or contract is known.
The following terms apply where you will be engaged on a PAYE basis to provide services to one or more of
our end-clients either:
- Terms and Conditions for Temporary Workers employed on an overarching contract of employment PAYE Download; OR
- Terms and Conditions for Temporary Workers (Northern Ireland) for associates employed on an
overarching contract of employment Download; OR
- Terms and Conditions for Temporary Workers engaged on a contract for services (not employed on an
overarching contract of employment) Download
The following terms will apply where you will provide your services through your own Personal Services
Company (PSC) (i.e. limited company workers) either:
- Terms and Conditions for Contractors (Regulated) Download; OR
- Terms and Conditions for Contractors (Opt Out) Download (should you choose to
opt-out of the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations)
The following terms will apply where you will provide your services through your own Personal Services
Company (PSC) on a Deemed Employment basis directly through Adecco UK Limited either:
- Terms and Conditions for Contractors (Regulated Deemed Employment) Download; OR
- The Terms and Conditions for Deemed Employment assignments through MyMax Payment Services Limited
(“MyMax”) are agreed between MyMax and the worker’s PSC.
The Terms and Conditions for Umbrella Company assignments or contracts are agreed between the umbrella
company and the worker
