Pension

When you’re a temporary associate of Adecco, we’ll contribute towards your pension pot.

What’s more, if you’re aged between 22 and the state pension age, earn income that’s subject to taxation or have worked for us for three months, we’ll automatically enrol you into our pension scheme.

Assistance Programme

We’re proud to offer access to a free, confidential and independent telephone service run by Legal and General.

Manned by qualified counsellors, the 24/7 service is available to help you with grief, stress, or legal issues that you may be experiencing. You’ll also have access to over 500 online fact sheets and self-guided programmes.

Eye care vouchers

Your eyesight matters. Working long hours can put a great deal of strain on your eyes – and we believe in keeping them healthy. This is why we offer free eye care vouchers to all of our colleagues and temporary associates as well as money towards your glasses, should you require them.
